- SERENITY
Hygiene has always been very important to us and we have always paid special attention to it. This summer, in addition, we use products for disinfection with the medical and surgical treatment, we repeatedly sanitize the common areas and what is most used and touched and we often aerate the interior of our hotel taking advantage of the fresh and clean mountain air that surrounds us.
During your stay the rooms are daily cleaned and disinfected, but if you prefer that no one else but you enters your room, you can request not to have this service.

- COMFORT
If you wish, you can send us your identity documents in advance by email to info@villakofler.it, without having to deposit them at reception during check-in. This summer Villa Kofler will be even more your home in the mountains, the front door will remain locked and you will use your personal key to enter. Inside, we will always be there to make your stay a pleasant one.

- SECURITY
We suggest you to protect your holiday within 48 hours of booking with the external service designed by our Trentino Hoteliers Association: CARE4UHOTEL

Upon presentation by you of the certificate of insurance, we grant a 2.4% discount on the total insured hotel stay (half of the premium for the STORNOHOTEL policy).

The discount does not apply to bookings with a "non-refundable" rate.

Terms and Conditions

Suites

  • The prices per day per person for bed&breakfast accomodation minimum 3 days
  • For Short-stay (less than 3 days stay) there is a supplement of € 30,00 per person per day
  • City Tax of € 2,50 per day/person not included (not for children under 14, not over 10 days).
  • Check-in from 2pm to 7pm
  • Check-out within 10am

Apartments

  • Prices are per week for 2 people
  • The flat is provided with all linen and kitchen utensilis
  • Prices do not include daily cleaning and breakfast in hotel
  • Check-in from 3pm to 7pm
  • Check-out within 10am


Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation:
Rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit.
For short-stay the amount of the deposit the total amount of the stay.
The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.

In our Home we can't accommodate pets.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will be returned;
In case of cancellation between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be returned, but may be recovered in full for another stay of the same duration to be made within the current season;
In case of cancellation between 14 and the day of arrival, 100% of the entire stay will be charged;
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
