We have always wanted to make you feel at home and in this delicate moment we believe it is right to emphasize the attention we dedicate to each of you to make you spend a serene holiday. For this reason we want to share the measures that we have taken in our Hotel to ensure the safety of you all and make you spend some carefree and relaxing days.


Hygiene has always been very important to us and we have always paid special attention to it. This summer, in addition, we use products for disinfection with the medical and surgical treatment, we repeatedly sanitize the common areas and what is most used and touched and we often aerate the interior of our hotel taking advantage of the fresh and clean mountain air that surrounds us.
We constantly follow the recommendations of the W.H.O. (World Health Organization) and the instructions of our government. Inside our Home we have a Covid-19 contact person trained by our health care company for prevention and safety. During your stay the rooms are daily cleaned and disinfected, but if you prefer that no one else but you enters your room, you can request not to have this service.
We remind you that in all our rooms there is a small private Spa, which can be used at any time of the day.

If you wish, you can send us your identity documents in advance by email to info@villakofler.it, without having to deposit them at reception during check-in. This summer Villa Kofler will be even more your home in the mountains, the front door will remain locked and you will use your personal key to enter. Inside, we will always be there to make your stay a pleasant one.

Terms and Conditions


  • The prices per day per person for bed&breakfast accomodation minimum 3 days
  • For Short-stay (less than 3 days stay) there is a supplement of € 30,00 per person per day
  • City Tax of € 2,50 per day/person not included (not for children under 14, not over 10 days).
  • Check-in from 2pm to 7pm
  • Check-out within 10am


  • Prices are per week for 2 people
  • The flat is provided with all linen and kitchen utensilis
  • Prices do not include daily cleaning and breakfast in hotel

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation:
Rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit.
For short-stay the amount of the deposit the total amount of the stay.
The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.

Unfortunately in our Home we can't accommodate pets.

it is possible to cancel the reservation up to 30 days before arrival with full refund of the deposit paid. Until 15 days before arrival deposit will not be refunded but can be used for another booking within the end of the current season. No refund of deposit for cancellation from 00.00 am of the 14th day before the arrival.
European law Hotrec: in case of cancellation from the 14th day before the arrival, no show, postponed arrival or early departure 100% of services booked are to be paid.

We will certainly understand if the travel situation will become more critical (with official and legal restrictions or strict regulations due to Covid-19 pandemic) and, together with our guests, we will try to find a solution.
